As a one-time member of the RSS, I admire the organisation for inculcating a sense of discipline, integrity and selflessness in its volunteers, and for its dedication towards the nation. Its leaders shunned publicity and silently worked for the national good. Hence, it is painful to see Mr Bhagwat featuring in the media almost every other day, making one indiscreet statement after another.
