Sir — This refers to the article, “A brother India must beware of” (September 23) by Shivaji Sarkar. There is no doubt that China can contribute to our economy if it really invests the promised amount. But the questions raised by the writer are valid and thought-provoking. Will China really walk the talkIJ When Chinese President Xi Jinping was here, his Army intruded into our territory. And now, when the Chinese Army has entered as much as three kilometres into Chumar, it raises some serious questions.
And this is despite Prime Minister Narendra Modi categorically raising the border issue with the Chinese President, and despite making it known that relations cannot be normal with such incursions taking place.
