Sir — This refers to the article, “Funding outbound conversions” (January 5) by Priyadarshi Dutta. The writer has raised pertinent points. While the RSS and its affiliates do not receive any Government funding, educational institutes such as the Mysore University and the Sam Higginbottom Institute of Agriculture Technology and Science do, and they are involved in religious activities.
