Sir — This refers to the report, “Rahul’s RSS somersault again” (September 2). It is ridiculous to accuse the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) of complicity in the assassination of the Mahatma. The apex court has already given an unequivocal ruling, exonerating the RSS from its role and involvement. To raise a decided issue after more than 68 years is irrelevant.
Is it desirable to accuse former Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru for taking monstrously wrong decision regarding Kashmir, fix his responsibility for border conflict with China and humiliating defeat of India and criticise the formulation of erroneous non alignment policy that shattered the hopes of our leadership in AsiaIJ Although Nehru is responsible for these policies. I think the Congress scion is suffering from delusion of grandeur.
