This refers to the editorial, “Burden of Robert Vadra” (June 3). After the DlF land scam, Congress president Sonia Gandhi's son-in-law Robert Vadra has been involved in yet another scam as has been confirmed by arms dealer Sanjay Bhandari. It is known that there is no smoke without fire. As usual, the Congress will go all guns blazing to protect Vadra, saying that it is vendetta politics, but actually, the grand old party has been exposed, and this blame-game will not fetch them any sympathy.
Sonia Gandhi and the Congress leadership should realise that Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi and Vadra are nothing but a huge liability for the party and that they are the main culprits behind the drowning of the party. But it looks that Sonia Gandhi is deliberately not reading in between the lines so as to avoid the ugly truth. The Congress is destined to doom and we may soon move towards a Congress-mukt Bharat sooner or later.
