This refers to the report, “Delhi Govt cracks whip, impounds 18 Ola, Uber cabs” (April 20). The Delhi Government has done well to take strict action against app-based cabs. Similar action should be taken against auto-rickshaw drivers who have adopted different ploys to overcharge the passengers. It is a shame to see the commuters, especially young girls, pleading with the auto-drivers to take them to their destination at proper rates.
