Sir — The outbreak of dengue in the national capital has triggered panic rightly so because this reflects the state of unpreparedness of the State Government, when it is confronted with a disease that has no definite treatment.
It is also clear that the level of cleanliness in Delhi is well below the satisfactory mark, considering that diseases spread easily in spaces that are unclean and filthy. The Municipal Corporation of Delhi needs to be more pro-active in promoting cleanliness.
