Sir — This refers to the article, “BJP must not take victory for granted” (August 30) by Ashok Malik. The BJP’s State-level leadership must learn from Mr Narendra Modi, Mr Amit Shah and other national leaders, about the importance of round-the-clock hard and smart work in India’s electoral politics.
BJP workers tend to rely on ‘waves’ and the good sense of its core voters. That may not be enough anymore.
