Sir — This refers to the article, “Beware of the tyranny of a political minority” (January 5) by A Surya Prakash. It is shocking that parliamentary proceedings are frequently disrupted by the Opposition, especially the Congress. This logjam has caused much harm to the people, as key Bills of national interest remain in limbo.
Since the ruling party is not in majority in the upper House, time is ripe to bring some urgent reforms in our system, before the NDA is seized with some intractable crisis.
