Sir — The terror attack on Karachi’s Jinnah International Airport was perhaps planned, just like the 26/11 Mumbai assault, killing dozens. The Pakistani Taliban have claimed responsibility for the attack. The continuing terror strikes in Pakistan by the Taliban are not surprising. Sometime back, Mr Asif Ali Zardari had reportedly stated that the Taliban was a creation of the ISI. Pakistan is reaping what it had sowed.
Mr Zardari had also acknowledged that India was not a threat to Pakistan. Now, after Mr Nawaz Sharif’s recent visit to India, Pakistan is reportedly feeling that the Modi-led regime is better than Mr Manmohan Singh’s Government and has developed a positive feeling for India.
