Sir — Time has come for decent countries to unite against terrorism. The practice of using terrorists to settle scores with so-called inimical countries should stop. Terrorists are enemies of the entire mankind. An international body should be formed, to which terrorists, irrespective of countries they operate from or strike at, should be handed over for trial and punishment.
