This refers to the article, “Power of audacity and the armour of caution” (October 16) by Gautam Mukherjee. The first sign of a good vision is the sharing of a clear roadmap with the citizens of the country. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has successfully done that until now. He knows the pulse of the people and what ails the country.
The BJP is about to gain power in both Haryana and Maharashtra from the Congress, and that too by going solo. If this happens, it will help the BJP clear many pending legislations in the Rajya Sabha later.
I agree with the writer's emphasis on converting words into action, but we should not forget that here we have a Prime Minister who works like a CEO and asks for clear accountability from not only his Cabinet but also the bureaucrats. He is not leaving any stone unturned to change the way people look at India. Some of the actions will take a little time, but they are certain to come.
