Sir — This refers to the news report, “BJP would instigate riots in Congress States: Digvijay” (July 2).
This is a highly preposterous statement and only reveals how the jittery Congress and its leaders will stoop to gutter politics, just to defame the main Opposition party. Mr Digvijaya Singh should not forget how Congress goons engineered the 1984 genocide in which thousands of innocent Sikhs were brutally killed.
But, notwithstanding the statement of Mr Singh and sundry Congress leaders who harp on the Gujarat violence as a way to target and run down Mr Narendra Modi, the Indian electorate is intelligent enough to see through their dirty game. Only time will tell!
