Sir — This refers to the article, “Ignoring our soldiers’ anguish” (November 7) by Deepak Sinha. To suggest any reform measure to the Ministry of Defence or any other institution that is influenced with power and authority, is an uphill task. We all know what happened to the report submitted by the Kargil Review Committee — it was consigned to the dustbin. The top military leadership must stand up, seek judicial intervention, if needed, and not resort to suicides.
