Sir — A ray of hope emerged after Mr Narendra Modi was declared as the BJP’s prime ministerial candidate and following the manner in which he has conducted his election campaign. Hopefully, he will take stringent action should any of his colleagues engage in corrupt practices.
He is known for good governance in Gujarat. But this stark truth is not acceptable to his adversaries. Mr Modi’s stand that he will take everyone, including Mr Rahul Gandhi, on board, in matters of development, is appreciable. His view that everyone’s support is necessary to run the nation, should be welcomed.
