Sir — This refers to the editorial, “Advani’s bipartisanship” (August 20). Mr lK Advani is one of the architects of the BJP. Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi, on the other hand, is the dynamic face of the BJP, assigned with the task of reviving a party which was seemingly losing pace with the changing times.
Both the leaders have their distinct styles of functioning and are too clever to fall in the trap of the Congress which is harping on the ‘differences’ between them. Mr Advani and Mr Modi are shrewd enough not to lose focus. So, while the Congress wastes precious time on non-issues, the BJP will grow from strength to strength to reap a rich harvest in 2014.
