Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh was bold enough to make it clear that India is ready to talk to Pakistan over Pakistan-occupied Kashmir and not Kashmir. Notwithstanding many stalwarts reiterating that Kashmir is an integral part of India, no one in the past or present had issued a statement directly or indirectly that India’s case is only to reclaim the lost Kashmir territory.
