Sir — This refers to the editorial, “India’s befitting reply” (September 28). While India’s message to isolate Pakistan in the international arena was forceful, it was perplexing to watch External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj speak in Hindi at a global forum. The Minister should have spoke in English, which is the universal language, to drive home the country’s concern at the growing terror threat from across the border.
