This refers to the editorial, “A step towards justice” (September 12). The 2006 Mumbai train blasts was an atrocious act of brutality. Out of the 30 Students Islamic Movement of India activists chargesheeted, 13 were Pakistanis and 17 were Indian nationals.
It is really shocking that the Indian nationals of SIMI have been loyal to Pakistan and are ruthlessly killing innocent lives, conspiring with the terrorist outfits over there. They should be mercilessly punished. The Government should also, through the intelligence wing and security agency, keep a constant surveillance on these suspected obnoxious elements.
