Sir — This refers to the report, “Bhushan fire singes AAP, firefighting on” (January 7). It is not just Aam Aadmi Party leader Prashant Bhushan’s controversial remark which has created a furore.
AAP leader Kumar Vishwas had apparently hurt religious feelings with his remark on a Muslim festival, and he has had to apologise. Politicians often talk irresponsibly even on sensitive matters. The AAP, being a new party, must take special care not to do things that are not in the national or social interest.
