This refers to the article, “Indian diplomacy takes a major hit in Nepal” (October 14) by Ashok K Mehta. I do not agree with the author’s view that India could have done something to break the blockade. It was entirely an internal matter of Nepal, and it was up to them to do justice to the people living in the plain-hom they strangely call ‘people of Indian origin’.
