Sir — This refers to the report that the Inter-Services Intelligence of Pakistan is trying ‘Jihad-e-Ishq’ in Muzaffarnagar. The ISI will take every step to destabilise India. The Muzaffarnagar incident is our internal matter and must be sorted out at our level.
