Sir — This refers to the editorial, “It is time to act. Period” (September 20). Rulers in Pakistan are playing into the hands of mullahs, the military and the militants. India’s fitting reply should not be ‘a thousand cuts’, but only three cuts. One cut has already been afflicted in the name of Bangladesh; the other two could be Balochistan and Sindh.
