Sir — This refers to the article, “Making Bengal the den of jihadi terror” (October 27) by Balbir Punj. West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee is a poor administrator who is not capable of coming down heavily on terror and anti-national elements in the State, as many of them belong to the minority community, which has been her party, the Trinamool Congress’s, committed vote-bank.
As far as the security needs of the country are concerned, one should not trust politicians who are more intent on promoting their political considerations at the cost of national interest.
