Sir — India and Qatar have signed an important accord under which Indian prisoners convicted in Qatar will be repatriated to their home country to serve the remaining period of their sentence and vice versa. Through this, External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj has demonstrated her leadership qualities. She must continue to strengthen India’s relations with South Asian, South-East Asian, Arab and African countries.
