Sir — This refers to the article, “In the name of a paper, major manipulations” (December 22) by A Surya Prakash. There is one more angle to the National Herald case. Despite enormous support in the form of allotment of properties by successive Congress Governments, the party has proved that it is incapable of running a newspaper, which they consider to be a ‘legacy’ from Jawaharlal Nehru. The reason for mismanagement of the affairs of the country during decades of their rule at the Center, is, therefore, obvious.
