Sir — This refers to the article, “He won’t change for the worse” (May 19) by KG Suresh. The country has had enough of appeasement — either minority-driven or caste-driven. The people’s cup of patience had flowed over, which is why the voters have resoundingly rejected the Samajwadi Party and the Bahujan Samaj Party. Mr Narendra Modi is unlikely to fall in the trap of such vote-bank politics.
