Sir — This refers to the ongoing controversy over the documents that have been revealed about the snooping by a Congress regime on Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose’s family. That Netaji was not given his due by the Congress out of fear over mass acceptance of the brave freedom-fighter as the natural leader of the country, is a known fact. If no less a person than Jawaharlal Nehru had sought information on Netaji’s kin over their visits abroad, it can be only be inferred that behind all this surveillance, there was a lurking fear that the hegemony of the future Prime Minister would go.
