Sir — This refers to the article, “Snapshots of change or delusional tacticsIJ” (January 13) by Rajesh Singh. Ever since the Muslim league was formed, the Pakistani leadership has always been led by the elite and has been for the elite. The same holds true for the present-day civilian Government in Pakistan. There is little hope that Pakistan’s Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif can get on his Army to reform its position on India.
