Sir — In his very first address to his cadres after assuming office as the president of the DMK, MK Stalin made a clarion to his cadres to join hands with him to defeat the BJP at the Centre. By doing so, he has decisively put an end to speculations that were doing the rounds about DMK’s political alliance with the saffron party.
It is laudable that he has spelt out his mind without any ambiguity at the very first instance.
late Karunanidhi, who is known for taking firm decisions, would have heaved a sigh of relief that Stalin, whom he groomed to succeed him as the DMK chief, has proved on the very first day of his crowning that he is the right choice to lead millions of DMK cadres.
