The reinstatement of RK Pachauri at The Energy Research Institute is indeed shocking. It is time that the Government intervenes to act swiftly not only to take back the Padma Vibhushan that was awarded to him in 2008, but also to utilise its influence at TERI against the re-instatement till he gets a final clearance from the courts at different levels.
