Sir — This refers to the article, “Fight black money at home and abroad” (April 7) by Joginder Singh. The new Government that comes in has to create an atmosphere in the country wherein there is no need to bribe others to get legitimate work done.
That has been obvious for decades, but who will bell the catIJ We vote in tainted candidates who have charges of goondaism and corruption against them. We also vote in people on the basis of caste and religion, and then expect them to perform for the good of society. The fact is that the Government does not change on its own. We have to bring about the change.
