Sir — This refers to the report, “Indelible ink to curb multiple exchanges” (November 16). While the public wholeheartedly welcomed the Prime Minister’s demonetisation drive and were willing to bear inconvenience, the announcement to use an indelible ink to check repeat money exchange has created resentment among them.
Though there might have been a few cases of repetitive exchanges by some unscrupulous elements, subjecting all the people to this unwarranted ignominy out of suspicion has frustrated the citizens.
