This refers to the article, “Drama has gone stale, does not pull crowds” (June 22) by Balbir Punj. Governance in Delhi can no longer be carried out according to the Constitution. Hence, the State Cabinet should be dismissed, the Delhi Assembly dissolved and a fresh election must held under President’s Rule.
