Sir — This refers to the article, “Cleaning DRDO’s Augean stables” (January 22) by Deepak Sinha. As long as the Defence Research and Development Organisation remains the source of ‘just another job’ or ‘a cushy posting’ it will not change. The Government needs to do a headhunt for innovators and bring them in. Also, employees across the spectrum have to be held accountable for their jobs.
