Sir — This refers to the editorial, “The promoter problem” (August 19). In the corporate world, it is natural for the employees to face flak for some reason or the other. If everyone is going to resign because they cannot take criticism in the right spirit, then perhaps we will have no one in the corporate world. As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Infosys, if Vishal Sikka cannot take criticism in the right spirit, then he is not fit for the role. CEOs are answerable to Board, in turn to the investors and shareholders. Does one have to resign if some shareholders ask some difficult questionsIJ
