This refers to the article, “Missing state in Mathura” (June 10) by VK Bahuguna. One does not require rocket science to understand that there had been a massive cover-up on part of our senior bureaucrats to protect Ram Briksh Yadav and his outreachers. This is nothing new.
The media, instead of asking rhetorical questions must share with the public how top bureaucrats, directly or indirectly, protected the junior officers from political harassment. Such experiences can educate and inspire other bureaucrats.
