Sir — This refers to the article, “Clutching at the last straws of secularism” (August 19) by Balbir Punj. It looks like the Congress has decided to be complicit in a plan to deliver a Hindu-free Jammu & Kashmir to Pakistan, by allowing for token Indian ownership and effective informal Pakistani control.
