This refers to the editorial, “Talk, but talk on terror” (December 5). The pattern is now evident. After each apex level dialogue with India, a singular violent attack is mounted on Indian soil. In doing so, Pakistan hopes to perpetuate the notion that it is the non-state actors that are involved in such acts of terrorism, even as the Government in Pakistan vows to pursue normalisation of our bilateral ties. Only our patience can help establish this myth.
