On crowded roads especially, people are too impatient and tend to jump signals and cut lanes.

Citizens have to be taught how to be tolerant to others and drive in anticipation of the worst to others due to negligent driving. Pedestrians remain tense while crossing the roads even at zebra crossings. It is a pity that Indians take pride in their over-confidence when they are at the wheels.
