This refers to the editorial, “Calling Pakistan’s bluff” (October 1). The problem with Pakistan is that the Government over there is just a puppet in the hands of its Army. Until and unless the Pakistan Army decides to end its misadventures, it will continue to perpetrate terror on Indian soil. It is up to the people of Pakistan and the Army to decide on a permanent solution to maintain peace between both the regions.
