Elusive justice

Sir — This refers to the article, “Some answers known, others under wraps” (February 11) by Sandhya Jain. When the Congress is the judge, jury and executioner in the 1984 Sikh massacre case, what else can you expectIJ The killers were party leaders and they thrived under the patronage of the Congress.

The party even tried, and with some success as uring the Emergency, to influence the judiciary. It remains to be seen if there will be a closure to the incident that has left an entire community shell-shocked.
