First, according to the archaeological findings, whether prior to the erection of the mosque, any Ram mandir existed, that was desecrated by Islamic invadersIJ Second, was that site considered only in religious context or was it also one of national prideIJ
Third, whether the constitutionality of the land claims stands valid as the provisions were formulated by foreign invaders and their progeny that ruled the country later onIJ An exhaustive study is the need of the hour.
