I don’t know what motive the writer has for questioning the credibility of the decisions of those in uniform right now. It is important to buy equipment which has durability, proven antecedents and lasts more than the tenure of a chief. That is precisely what is being done.
Now, please leave the Army out of the media glare and allow it to do what it does best, rather than gun for it time and again on frivolous counts.
