Sir — This refers to the article, “Eyes and ears of the Centre, not Congress” (June 24) by A Surya Prakash. The author has rightly exposed well-known lawyer Indira Jaising. To be a party worker is one thing and to be a law officer is another. Though I have had some personal experience of the way the Congress-appointed law officers tell lies after lies in the court in order to mislead it, it is difficult to believe the extent to which Ms Jaising went on to misrepresent the judgement of the Supreme Court itself.
