This refers to the editorial, “No harm day-dreaming” (April 19). The Third Front did not come into being until now, but has now become a political talking point, to create an anti-BJP force. And this, when there were two major political players frequently on the back-foot.
With only the BJP in reckoning, the left, bereft of its famed cadre, has spread its foothold. However, disparate formations, led by Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and the like may never get hold of the critical mass to set off a potent political fission.
