Sir — This refers to the article, “Terrorism by different names” (January 20) by Abhijit Iyer-Mitra. It is a stretch to say that Hinduism is an “exact carbon copy of Wahhabism”, considering the fact that Hindus did not do the same to MF Husain as the Wahabis did to the Charlie Hebdo editors, inspite of Husain’s painting of goddess Saraswati “naked with her legs spread wide”. If the two reactions were so different, how is Hinduism an “exact carbon copy of Wahhabism”IJ
