Published on:

Sir — The Delhi High Court, might have pronounced a constitutionally sound and pragmatic judgement by allowing photocopying of copyrighted materials for education. But with due respect to the court, does this not leave the author, the publisher and copyright-holder in a position of absolute vulnerability, unprotected in the rights of authorship, even if these rights were not to be taken as ‘inevitable, divine or natural’IJ
