Sir — This refers to the article, “Dysfunctional House, diseased Government” (March 4) by A Surya Prakash. If the BJP comes to power, the Congress is bound to resort to rowdyism to ensure that Parliament does not do any more work than it has done in the UPA regime. The Congress is more dangerous out of power than in office. It would need the BJP all its skills to pursue and achieve its objective of development and progress.
