Uttar Pradesh does not stop untreated sewage from flowing into the river (the practice is same all over the sub-continent). A country should have a minimum of prosperity, some shared culture etc. But, nothing as such exists in India. It is scrounging for necessitates for most and insolent power for a few. Some ethical values are needed to make improvements.
